The establishment schedule is:

– Check in from 14pm and check out until 12am. The extension of the stay beyond this time implies a new daily charge.
– Room cleaning service: Monday to Friday, from 8am to 16pm; and on Saturdays from 9am to 11am. To request storage, place the label on the door.

It is forbidden to the guest on the grounds of Horta Garden:

– No smoking inside the establishment.
– The stay of unregistered people at the reception and pets.
– Ingestion of alcoholic beverages.
– Use of musical instruments and any kind of weapons.
– Wash clothes and hang any objects on the windows.

The hotel is reserved the right to:

– Call security, if necessary, when the guest is disrespecting the rest of the guests or wearing inappropriate clothing.
– Present the bills to the guests whenever you find it convenient.
– Charge for any damage caused by the guest to objects, furniture and/or utensils.

When absent from the establishment, the guest must leave it closed, with the lights off and hand over the keys to the reception, if it is opened, or remain with it.

Horta Garden accommodation is not responsible for the valuables or objects kept in the rooms, nor is it responsible for objects and money left/forgotten in the rooms.

This Hotel Unit has a landline phone in every room. Expenses for non-local phone calls will be included in the lodging receipt.

The guest must ask the reception to close his/her account at least 30 (thirty) minutes in advance, in order to avoid inconvenience when leaving the Hotel.

Payment of expenses shall be made in currency. The Hotel Unit does not exchange foreign currency.

Children up to 5 years old are given courtesy; If you are uncertain about your age, a personal identification may be requested.

The voltage of the sockets of the apartments is 220 volts.
Guests are not allowed to receive room visits.
We kindly ask you not to smoke inside the rooms and bathrooms or in common areas for guests; Only use outside areas for this.
